RETURN POLICY: All Sales are Final. Due to the custom nature of Direct-to-Print products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. However, we accept returns or exchanges for products damaged during shipment or if an incorrect item was shipped by the printing service. Please verify that you selected the correct product, size, photo, photo style, or other product options before completing your order.
Refunds/Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged or incorrect product, you must email our customer service desk within 15 days of the order date. You will receive a reply to your request within three business days. If an exchange is approved, you will be asked to return the defective merchandise to our Returns department. Once we receive the defective merchandise, a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to you. If the product is no longer available, you will receive store credit in the amount you paid for the product including associated sale tax (if applicable).
